Through his career Mr. Kapadia has gained a wealth of experience working for the federal government, as a teaching fellow, serving local communities, supporting non-profit organizations, and assisting small business owners. Mr. Kapadia has expertly guided clients through a diverse range of complex legal matters including but not limited to: essential permitting, state and federal regulatory enforcement actions, and business entity formation and transactions.
